Position Overview
The Veteran & Military Liaison is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with military organizations, referral sources, and community partners to drive admissions into Provive Wellness's specialized programs for military personnel, veterans, and their families. This role focuses on strategic outreach, business development, and fostering partnerships to ensure a consistent client pipeline while raising awareness of Provive Wellness's mission and services within the military community.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach and Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with military organizations, veterans' groups, community partners, and referral sources.
  • Represent Provive Wellness at community events, military expos, and networking opportunities to increase program visibility.
  • Serve as a liaison between the military community and Provive Wellness, ensuring effective communication and understanding of program offerings.

Business Development:
  • Achieve monthly census goals by generating and converting leads into admissions.
  • Follow up promptly with all leads and referrals, guiding prospective clients and referral sources through the intake process.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans tailored to the needs of the military community.
  • Accurately log outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Program Awareness:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute materials highlighting services for the military community.
  • Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote awareness of Provive Wellness's programs and resources.

Admissions Coordination:
  • Act as a point of contact for potential clients, referral sources, and family members to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
  • Work closely with the admissions and clinical teams to align outreach efforts with program goals.

Other Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, community needs, and best practices in outreach and business development for military-focused programs.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with leadership to refine and improve outreach strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, psychology, social work, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:
  • Proven experience in business development, outreach, or sales, preferably within the healthcare or military sector.
  • A background in working with military personnel, veterans, or their families is highly desirable.

Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Dazos, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment is an advantage.
