Job description

Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the US federal government through technology and innovation. They are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to implement and configure HR Service Delivery solutions for federal agencies, ensuring that business processes align with functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories
• Provide process flow and other required system documentation
• Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution
• Assist in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met
• May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
• Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation
• Experience working with stakeholders and development team(s) to deliver solutions
• Must have active Top Secret clearance and be willing and capable of obtaining SCI and CI poly
Preferred:
• Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Training or experience in Agile Fundamentals
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) within ServiceNow
