Seeking an experienced Contractor specializing in Change Management within Organizational Change Consulting to lead and drive transformational initiatives

Job Description 

  Lead and oversee largescale change management initiatives to support organizational transformation Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adoption of change Analyze organizational impact and readiness for change identifying risks and mitigation plans Design and deliver training and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions Provide expert advice on change management best practices and methodologies Monitor and measure change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes
