Job description

Full-Time Property Maintenance Handyman

Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience

Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals is a family-owned vacation rental company seeking a dependable full-time Property Maintenance Handyman to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform light handyman repairs and general maintenance
  • Inspect and maintain vacation rental properties
  • Help keep our properties clean, safe, and guest-ready

Schedule

  • Thursday–Monday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • Weekends required
  • Some holidays and rotating on-call emergency coverage

Qualifications

  • Basic handyman or maintenance experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Background check and drug screening required
