Ocean Place Resort & Spa is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Meeting Manager to join our team in beautiful Long Branch, NJ. If you are passionate about creating seamless and memorable meeting experiences, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a renowned resort and spa.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of executive meetings and events, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications related to meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance meeting experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in meeting or event management, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
