Responsabilidades Claves

  • Saludar y reconocer a todos los huespedes segun los estandares de la empresa, anticipar y atender las necesidades de servicio de los huespedes.

  • Servir a los huespedes en todas las areas de la piscina y la playa proporcionando el mas alto nivel de servicio posible de manera eficiente, cortes y profesional.

  • Monitorear y controlar el mantenimiento/saneamiento del equipo del gimnasio, piscina y playa para proteger los activos, cumplir con los reglamentos y asegurar un ambiente de trabajo seguro.

  • Responsable de la limpieza de todas las areas publicas de la piscina, playa y gimnasio; tumbonas, sombrillas, puestos de toallas, estaciones de agua.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estandares de salud, seguridad, saneamiento y conciencia sobre el alcohol.

  • Sera responsable de todos los aspectos de la playa (sillas, toallas, limpieza, etc.).

  • Sera responsable de la configuracion diaria de todas las sillas de playa y cabanas.

  • Estar informado sobre las operaciones diarias del hotel, revisar diariamente las hojas de eventos, tableros de anuncios y estar al dia con todos los cambios, nuevos procedimientos y eventos.

  • Seguir todas las politicas y procedimientos de la empresa, de seguridad y proteccion; informar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al gerente; y completar la formacion y certificaciones de seguridad.

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demas, apoyar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes.

  • Asegurar que el uniforme y la apariencia personal esten limpios y profesionales.

  • Realizar otras tareas laborales razonables segun lo solicitado por los supervisores.
Cualificaciones

  • Orientado a la hospitalidad

  • Debe estar fisicamente capacitado para levantar, empujar, jalar, cargar sillas y toallas grandes que pueden pesar hasta 80 libras.

  • Capaz de manejar situaciones dificiles de manera efectiva.

  • Capaz de trabajar de manera rapida y eficiente, especialmente bajo presion.

  • Flexibilidad para trabajar diversos turnos, incluyendo fines de semana y dias festivos.

  • Totalmente bilingue (espanol e ingles).
