Job description

The Digital Print Operator in our Blue Printing Division is responsible for operating equipment, interacting with customers and finishing projects. This position has a significant amount of interaction with customers, so superior communication skills (both written and verbal) are a necessity, as is exceptional customer service abilities. This is a fast-paced environment and the scope of work includes: clarifying order details, establishing priorities, expediting workflow, processing orders with QuickBooks, ordering required materials and completing maintenance and trouble shooting for equipment. Excellent problem solving skills are necessary, as is the ability to meet deadlines and share knowledge on techniques and processes. This position has no supervisory responsibilities, however, there is a close working relationship with the staff in several departments.

Requires a minimum of 1 year experience in large format printing, experience on OCE PlotWave, OCE Color 700/910, OCE Large Format Scanner, Konica 8000, Canon 8000 machines is preferred. Software knowledge should include QuickBooks. Complete fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a requirement for this position. Energetic environment in a brand new facility.
