Impact You’ll Make in this Role
  • The OHN is responsible to partner with the leadership at the plant site, supervisors, manager, EHS, HR, EAP, and occupational medicine for employee health.
  • Working with risk management, the site leadership team, medical providers, and the claims team on safe and timely return to work and the accommodation process.
  • Working with EHS to promote safety in the workplace and provide injury care and medical surveillance following the company, local, state, and federal guidelines for employee’s health and safety
  • Working with EAP to promote and improve mental health and assist in providing referrals and resources to employees and their families.
  • Working with healthy living to promote mental and physical health and wellness in and outside of the workplace to employees and their families.
  • Working with HR and benefits to direct employees and their families to benefit programs
Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3 years of experience in nursing AND
  • In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Current CPR, CA RN license

  • Work location: Onsite : Irvine, CA
  • Work Schedule: This position provides occupational health support for a manufacturing operation that runs multiple shifts. The successful candidate must be able to support and provide coverage across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as business needs require.

Compensation and Benefits

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
