Job description

Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

0-1 years experience

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.

Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.

Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Other duties as assigned.
