Maintenance Planner - Nutrition Division - Monday to Friday; 7:00am to 2:30pm

What You'll Work On
  • Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Manage and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Coordinate labor, materials, spare parts, and external resources to ensure work is ready to execute.
  • Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams to align maintenance schedules with business needs.
  • Monitor work order progress, maintenance backlog, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop job plans, labor estimates, and standardized maintenance procedures for recurring work.
  • Track spare parts inventory and support purchasing activities to maintain equipment readiness.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and performance reports for plant leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and equipment manufacturers.

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must possess at least six (6) years of industrial maintenance experience or advanced education in electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering.
  • Minimum of three years planning and scheduling experience

Skills/Specialized Knowledge
  • Must possess above average knowledge of the mechanical and electrical components used in the facility's building/facility equipment.
  • Must possess good time management and organization skills.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours when necessary.
