Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Cloud Governance Observability Analyst to support the buildout of the Cloud Governance observability capability. This role involves developing metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights into governance processes and outcomes, while collaborating with various teams to enhance visibility into Cloud Governance performance.
Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with Cloud Governance, engineering, and PMO teams to deliver dashboards, reporting, and analytics
• Work across teams to integrate data and integrated decision making
• Manage multiple reporting requests and priorities
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, observability, or related technical roles
• Hands-on experience working with metrics, logs, or event-based data
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience building dashboards, reports, or data visualizations using BI or reporting tools
• Ability to support the definition and tracking of performance metrics
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Client Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
• Exposure to cloud platforms, infrastructure, or distributed systems environments
• Familiarity with Cloud Governance processes
• Experience with observability or monitoring tools and concepts
• Experience building or supporting automated reporting or data pipelines
Preferred:
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives or program-level reporting
