Job description

Summary:

Weโ€™re hiring an experienced Cloud Network Engineer to architect and manage highly available and secure AWS networking solutions tailored for FinTech workloads. Youโ€™ll work closely with platform, security, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain VPC architectures, Transit Gateways, Direct Connect, and PrivateLink
  • Implement multi-AZ fault-tolerant designs and secure hybrid connectivity
  • Configure network segmentation, DNS (Route53), NAT, and peering for isolated workloads
  • Simplify complex topologies while ensuring performance, observability, and compliance
  • Collaborate on zero-trust network models, encrypted traffic paths, and partner APIs

Required Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of AWS network services, including Transit Gateway, VPCs, IGWs, VGWs
  • Expertise in multi-region and multi-account networking with failover and DR designs
  • Strong understanding of DNS, routing, subnets, NACLs, security groups, and VPN/IPSec
  • Experience with Direct Connect with failover, BGP, and latency optimization
  • Knowledge of data locality and compliance segmentation in regulated industries
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize networks for real-time payment systems, trading platforms, or transactional APIs
  • Familiarity with SIEM integration and network observability tools like VPC Flow Logs and CloudWatch
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking โ€“ Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus.
