Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Reporting & Observability Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Grafana to design, build, and support enterprise dashboards and reports. The role will focus on transforming operational, infrastructure, and application data into actionable insights for technology and business stakeholders in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Grafana dashboard development and administration.
• Experience integrating Grafana with data sources such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Splunk, SQL databases, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of metrics, logs, and time-series data.
• Ability to write and optimize queries for backend data sources (SQL, PromQL, etc.).
• Experience building enterprise reporting and visualization solutions.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability concepts. • Familiarity with alerts, thresholds, and SLA/SLO dashboards.
• Working knowledge of Linux and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience working with IT Operations, SRE, or Platform teams.
• Understanding of security, access control, and role-based dashboard permissions. Experience: Minimum 6+ years
