Church Engagement โ€“ Virginia Beach, VA

Operation Blessing (OB) is seeking a highly organized Church Engagement Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the areas of Church and Volunteer Engagement, Global Disaster Response, and Major Donor activities through effective coordination of CRM administration, reporting, scheduling, communications, event logistics, documentation, and other ministry-related processes. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OBโ€™s Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christโ€™s name to meet physical and spiritual needs.

The salary range for this position is $44,000-$46,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and document preparation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with churches, volunteers, donors, and internal staff
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, events, and administrative activities while consistently meeting deadlines
