Center Field Counseling LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing outpatient services team. In this full-time position, you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide impactful therapy to clients while promoting mental health and wellness. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy across various modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), ensuring best practices aligned to your proficiency.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, and participate in case consultations to enhance patient care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in adherence to state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all necessary policies.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to continually refine your skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic methodologies.
• Provide support to clients during transitions, crises, and significant milestones in their therapeutic journey.

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges. The LMFT will work with various demographics, tailoring interventions based on the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of clients, which is vital in promoting cultural responsiveness and ensuring equitable care.

• Active LMFT license in the state of California.
• Robust foundational knowledge of family systems theory and relational therapeutic practices.
• Demonstrated passion for outpatient mental health, with a commitment to culturally responsive treatment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for clinical documentation and case management.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as these skills enhance service delivery.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as an LMFT, with a focus on outpatient services.
• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities appropriate for varied client needs.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary team settings or community health environments.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
