An Oasis Nursing Home is a specialized residential facility that provides long-term care and support for elderly individuals or those who require ongoing medical assistance and daily living help. These homes offer services such as nursing care, assistance with bathing and dressing, medication management, rehabilitation, and social activities. Oasis Nursing Homes are designed to create a comfortable and safe environment for residents, promoting well-being and quality of life. Staffed by trained healthcare professionals, they ensure personalized care tailored to each resident's needs.

What are some common challenges nurses face when working at a nursing home like Oasis Nursing Home?

Emotional resilience is important, as they develop close relationships with residents while supporting them through end-of-life care.
