Prairie Oasis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to join our team in South Holland, Illinois. As Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care. About the Role

As a Licenses Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the overall operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
