Overview

If you are an ND with an interest in primary care or an MD, DO or ARNP with an interest in integrative medicine, this could be the ideal position for you. Heart of Wellness is a well-established clinic with 8 NDs, 1 LAc and 1 LMT on staff. The position offers a supportive, collaborative group practice environment, an excellent compensation plan, and employee benefits including employer-sponsored health insurance and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. There is also an opportunity to become an owner of the group practice, providing additional income and long-term security.

Responsibilities
  • Practice medicine in a collaborative, group-practice setting with clinicians of diverse backgrounds.

  • Maintain high-quality patient care while fostering strong patient relationships.

  • Utilize EMRs, with familiarity in E/M charting and coding practices.

  • Participate in credentialing with major insurances and support a clinical focus appropriate to the practice.

Qualifications
  • Licensed ND, MD, DO or ARNP with an interest in integrative/functional medicine.

  • Ideal candidates are trained in functional or naturopathic medicine and enjoy collaborative care with other clinicians.

  • Experience with EMRs, insurance credentialing, and E/M coding is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued.

  • New graduates are welcome to apply.

  • International candidates: to apply for a WA state license you must have completed the Minor Office Procedures portion of the NPLEX2 examination.
