Location: Oahu, Hawaii (must have reliable transportation — we serve the entire island)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-home speech therapy services for home health patients
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Address swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, speech/language impairments
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managers
  • Maintain accurate documentation in a Medicare home health setting

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • 1+ year clinical experience (home health experience a plus)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
  • Heart for serving seniors and local families
