Are you a Dairy Production Supervisor or an experienced Production Supervisor with 2+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing looking for your next opportunity? We're partnering with a well-established dairy manufacturer in Bellevue, WA that's looking for a Dairy Production Supervisor to join its team.
 
In this role, you'll lead a production team, coach and develop employees, and help ensure high-quality dairy products are produced safely, efficiently, and on schedule. If you enjoy leading people, improving processes, and making an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to put your leadership skills to work.
 
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the goal of transitioning into a permanent position, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with an established manufacturer.
 
Dairy Production Supervisor Duties:
  • Lead and support production employees to achieve safety, quality, and production goals. 
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, packaging, sanitation, and shipping. 
  • Assign work, coach employees, and monitor productivity throughout the shift. 
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA, FDA, USDA, and HACCP requirements. 
  • Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. 
 
Schedule:
  • Day Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM 
  • Graveyard Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM 
  • Must be available to work overtime, holidays, and varying shifts as needed. 
 
Pay:
  • $42.00 per hour 
 
Dairy Production Supervisor Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or a high-volume production environment.
  • At least 1 year of Lean Manufacturing experience. 
  • Experience supervising production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
  • Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, and food safety standards. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
