Job description

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for over-the-road dry van and reefer positions covering all 48 contiguous states. This opportunity offers 100% no-touch freight, assigned late-model equipment, high CPM, and flexible home time based on your preferred schedule.

Both solo drivers and established teams are welcome to apply.

Pay & CompensationSolo Drivers

Dry Van

  • 6 Months–1 Year Experience: $0.76 CPM
  • 1–2 Years Experience: $0.79 CPM
  • 2+ Years Experience: $0.81 CPM

Reefer

  • 6 Months–1 Year Experience: $0.81 CPM
  • 1–2 Years Experience: $0.84 CPM
  • 2+ Years Experience: $0.86 CPM

Average Weekly Earnings

  • Dry Van: Approximately $2,200
  • Reefer: Approximately $2,400
Pre-Made Teams
  • Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $5,000 (split between team drivers)
Additional Pay
  • Layover Pay: $150
  • Detention Pay: $25/hour after 2 hours
  • Fuel Economy Bonus

Home Time & Schedule

Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle:

  • Out 2 weeks / Home 2 days
  • Out 3 weeks / Home 4 days
  • Out 4 weeks / Home 5 days

Drivers based in Florida should expect to stay out approximately 4 weeks at a time.

Assigned trucks may be taken home during home time (where approved).

Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
  • Haul dry van or refrigerated freight throughout the continental United States
  • Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Deliver freight safely and on time
  • Work closely with 24/7 dispatch for load assignments
Freight & Equipment
  • 100% No-Touch Freight
  • Dry Van & Reefer
  • Dry Van freight is primarily drop-and-hook
  • Reefer freight includes live load and live unload deliveries
  • No Hazmat freight
  • Average haul length: Approximately 600 miles
  • Average weekly miles: 3,200
Equipment

Drivers are assigned late-model equipment, including:

  • 2024–2027 Volvo 760 & 860
  • 2024–2027 Freightliner Cascadia
  • Automatic transmissions
  • APU
  • Inverter
  • Refrigerator
  • Microwave
  • Tablet
  • Trucks governed at 72 MPH
Operating Area
  • All 48 contiguous states
  • No New York City deliveries

Hiring is available nationwide except:

  • California
  • Mississippi
  • Louisiana
  • Alabama
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience within the past 3 years
  • Must be at least 23 years old
  • CDL must have been held for at least 2 years
  • Valid DOT Medical Card with at least 3 months remaining
  • No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
  • No more than 1 preventable accident within the past 3 years
  • No reckless driving convictions
  • No speeding violations of 15 MPH or more
  • No seatbelt violations in a commercial vehicle
  • No SAP program drivers
  • Ability to pass required background and qualification standards
