Food Service Truck Driver Substitutes:
Work Days/Hours: as needed
Rate of Pay: Level 3 (per Collective Bargaining Agreement)
Required Skills: High School Diploma; valid PA driver's license with an acceptable moving vehicle record for the previous three years.
Knowledge and ability to perform job function: Transports prepared food and supplies as scheduled; transports the daily cafeteria receipts to the bank; picks up and delivers donated and purchased commodities; assists the Warehouse Manager with loading and delivering materials; maintains a valid PA driver's license and safe driving record; operates vehicle in a safe manner at all times; must be able to climb a warehouse ladder carrying up to eighty (80) pounds; assists Food Services I employees with the receiving of food and supplies, inventory control, and distribution; assists in filling warehouse orders; operates a forklift and a pallet truck, as needed; performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as from time to time may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
