External Marketer / Community Liaison –

Skilled Nursing Facility | Durham, NC Area

A growing Skilled Nursing Facility in the Durham area is seeking an outgoing and relationship-driven External Marketer to help drive census growth and strengthen referral partnerships throughout the community.

We're open to candidates from Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Home Health, Hospice, or other senior care backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
✅ Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, ALFs, ILs, and community referral sources
✅ Develop and execute strategies to increase admissions and census growth
✅ Represent the facility at networking events and community functions
✅ Conduct facility tours and assist with the admissions process as needed
✅ Track referral activity and maintain a strong referral pipeline

Qualifications:
✔️ Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or community relations
✔️ Background in SNF, ALF, IL, Home Health, Hospice, or related healthcare settings preferred
✔️ Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills
✔️ Self-motivated with a proven ability to grow referral sources
