Your Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader for the role of Senior Manager, Robotics AI Data Sales. You will be responsible for defining and executing global sales strategies to deliver our high-quality embodied AI training datasets to world-leading AI labs, tech giants, and robotics startups. This role requires exceptional industry foresight, a deep network of key accounts, and the ability to navigate complex geopolitical compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Key Account Development: Leverage deep industry resources to cultivate and maintain top-tier strategic partnerships with foundational model companies (e.g., Physical Intelligence, OpenAI, Skild AI, Nvidia).
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Lead the full lifecycle management from prospecting and technical consultation to commercial negotiation and final delivery, ensuring high-revenue targets are met.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize new markets and customers for FF AI Data Factory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to align technical requirements and roadmap.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for sales and operational efficiency, reporting progress to executive leadership.
  • Compliance and Sustainability: Deeply analyze robotics data market trends and legal compliance requirements, such as the S.3275, to provide strategic forecasting for the business.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in tech sales, with at least 5 years focused on AI data, robotics, or high-end software solutions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a sales environment.
  • Collaboration: Able to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, engineering, and operations.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving company with ambitious goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated a consistent record of successfully executing multi-million-dollar contracts within the North American market..

Salary Range

($180,000- $210,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
