We are looking for a Founding Systems Hacker & Edge AI Engineer who loves to execute ideas, experiment with new concepts, and build solutions using open-source tools. If you have a homelab in your closet, a GitHub full of half-finished passion projects, and a deep appreciation for Linux, we'd love to hear from you.

We are a bootstrapped, revenue-backed startup. Our work is client-funded, which means the pace can vary-slow one day and incredibly fast the next. You should be comfortable thriving in an environment that is dynamic, fast-moving, and occasionally chaotic.

What You'll DoAir-Gapped AI Development
  • Deploy and integrate local AI/ML models (LLMs, Vector Databases, OCR, and multimodal models) into ruggedized field hardware operating with zero internet connectivity.

Hardware Optimization
  • Configure CUDA environments and optimize GPU acceleration across high-end RTX workstations, tactical laptops, and NVIDIA Jetson platforms.

Rapid Prototyping
  • Turn ambiguous customer requirements into functional software prototypes.

  • Build proof-of-concepts and demonstrate real-world solutions that solve operational problems.

Internal Infrastructure
  • Help maintain secure internal systems, networking, and technical infrastructure to ensure reliable and compliant operations.

What We're Looking For
  • U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance (required).

  • Passionate builder who enjoys creating projects outside of work.

  • Strong Linux experience, including terminal environments, package management, containers, and deployment.
