Job Summary:
Nuvo is redefining the B2B commerce and payments market by bringing B2B commerce online. The Deployment Strategist will play a critical role in ensuring successful deployments of Nuvo's solutions into customer workflows, collaborating with various teams to drive adoption and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own the success of Nuvoโ€™s most complex customer deployments and ensure they are successful.
โ€ข Spend significant time with our customers onsite, build deep relationships with the organizations to identify critical problems, unblock deployments, and champion how Nuvo fits into their systems and processes.
โ€ข Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to integrate customer data, diagnose adoption bottlenecks, and translate on-the-ground learnings into product and business directions.
โ€ข Build and deliver demos and proofs of concept to validate new use cases, test ideas in the field, and support expansion into new areas.
โ€ข Enable customers to go live and ensure they are thriving in Nuvoโ€™s compounding ecosystem.
โ€ข Deeply understand and advocate for the most pressing needs of our customers, ensuring this is a north star across the company.
โ€ข Figure out bottlenecks to platform-wide adoption and work with our engineering and product teams to solve them.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Deeply curious and analytical with strong product intuition and interest in how real users and organizations operate.
โ€ข Comfortable working with data (through SQL and BI tools) as well as technical systems.
โ€ข Ability to operate in high-stakes environments and stay effective under pressure.
โ€ข Ability to align multiple stakeholders around concrete action plans.
โ€ข Ability to leverage data and systems to understand adoption and usage.
โ€ข Ability to measure impact and translate findings to help accelerate deployments.
โ€ข Willingness to travel and embed with customers (roughly 25โ€“50%) during critical deployment phases.
