Job Summary
This individual will oversee the clinical nutrition, wellness and patient services programs. In doing so, they will play a key role in the development of initiatives that impact the quality of care we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a leader and mentor to the clinical team members and patient experience managers
  • Communicates and implements new systems, programs, and standards
  • Identifies new trends and standards that will enhance our level of service
  • Collaborates with regional nutrition and wellness leaders
  • Serves as a resource for inquiries regarding federal and state regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' clinical nutrition work experience in senior living, at least 2 of which were spent in a multi-site position and/or in supervisory or management role
  • Registered Dietitian with appropriate dietetic licensure for state of residence
  • Demonstrated ability to present professionally to potential clients, peer groups, and professional organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to write professionally and provide clear and direct communication
