As the Certified Dietary Manager / Nutrition Services Manager at Victorian Estates in Yukon, OK, you will lead our facilityโs Nutrition Services Department. In this role, you will lead the food services team in creating a positive dining experience for our residents.

Nutrition Services Manager Responsibilities:
As the Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory and facility standards, clinical documentation, and staffing and budget compliance.
Planning, directing, or coordinating activities of dining services department
Monitoring compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving
Coordinating assignments of cooking personnel
Maintaining standards for personnel performance and customer service
Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm with rotating on call schedule
Requirements:
Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian preferred
Must have food handlers card or able to obtain within first week or hire
Must be ServeSafe Manager certified or able to obtain within first 2 months or hire.
Previous management/supervisory experience
Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexible and able to set priorities with minimal supervision
Must have experience managing kitchen or experience working in food service and managing people.
