As the Certified Dietary Manager / Nutrition Services Manager at Victorian Estates in Yukon, OK, you will lead our facilityโ€™s Nutrition Services Department. In this role, you will lead the food services team in creating a positive dining experience for our residents.

Nutrition Services Manager Responsibilities:

As the Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory and facility standards, clinical documentation, and staffing and budget compliance.

  • Planning, directing, or coordinating activities of dining services department

  • Monitoring compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving

  • Coordinating assignments of cooking personnel

  • Maintaining standards for personnel performance and customer service


Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm with rotating on call schedule

Requirements:

  • Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian preferred

  • Must have food handlers card or able to obtain within first week or hire

  • Must be ServeSafe Manager certified or able to obtain within first 2 months or hire.

  • Previous management/supervisory experience

  • Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Flexible and able to set priorities with minimal supervision

  • Must have experience managing kitchen or experience working in food service and managing people.
