Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Hormone Replacement Therapy & Wellness Specialist

Location: Arizona Job Type: Part-Time Compensation: 62$/hour Schedule: Flexible | Clinic-Based | Optional Telehealth

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Wellness Medicine, and Preventative Health to join our growing Wellness Spa & Medical Clinic.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive evaluations, hormone optimization programs, weight management support, and wellness-focused medical care for both male and female patients. This role combines evidence-based medicine with a personalized approach to health, longevity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and wellness assessments.

Diagnose and manage hormone imbalances in men and women.

Develop individualized treatment plans for:

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Menopause and perimenopause management

Thyroid optimization

Weight management and metabolic health

Preventative wellness programs

Order and interpret laboratory testing including hormone panels and metabolic markers.

Prescribe and manage hormone therapy protocols according to state regulations.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and long-term wellness strategies.

Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, estheticians, and wellness providers to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

Required

Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner License (FNP, AGNP, WHNP, or related specialty).

DEA License (if prescribing applicable medications).

Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing.

Current BLS Certification.

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Excellent patient communication and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred

Experience with:

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

Testosterone Optimization

Menopause Management

Functional or Integrative Medicine

Medical Weight Loss Programs

Experience interpreting advanced laboratory testing.
