Aesthetics 360 Lash & Med Spa Is Hiring


Nurse Practitioner


Hormone, Peptide & Medical Weight-Loss Provider

Part-Time | Parker, Colorado


Aesthetics 360 Lash & Med Spa is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Dream Team.

This is not an entry-level provider position. We are looking for an established NP with direct experience managing hormone replacement therapy, hormone pellets, peptide therapy, and GLP-1 medical weight-loss patients.

The ideal candidate will be confident evaluating patients, interpreting laboratory results, creating individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, performing hormone-pellet procedures, and providing ongoing clinical management.


Schedule

  • Every Monday
  • Every Saturday or Every other Saturday

Occasional additional hours may be required for staff meetings, educational events, spa parties, required trainings, vendor certifications, and continuing-education opportunities. These additional hours are rare and are scheduled in advance whenever possible.


Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Colorado Nurse Practitioner license
  • Current prescriptive authority
  • Current DEA registration, when applicable
  • Current BLS certification
  • Professional liability coverage or ability to obtain coverage
  • Direct experience managing hormone, peptide, and GLP-1 patients
  • Strong laboratory interpretation and medication-management skills
  • Medical-spa, wellness, functional-medicine, or hormone-clinic experience
  • Excellent consultation, patient-education, communication, and sales skills


Hormone Replacement Therapy Experience

The ideal candidate must have experience managing both male and female hormone-replacement patients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing comprehensive hormone consultations
  • Reviewing symptoms, medical histories, medications, and contraindications
  • Ordering and interpreting hormone and wellness laboratory panels
  • Developing individualized hormone-optimization plans
  • Prescribing and managing appropriate hormone therapies
  • Monitoring treatment response through symptoms and follow-up labs
  • Adjusting therapy when clinically appropriate
  • Managing side effects, complications, and patient concerns
  • Educating patients regarding realistic outcomes, risks, benefits, and long-term follow-up

Experience with testosterone therapy, estrogen therapy, progesterone therapy, thyroid support, and multiple hormone-delivery methods is strongly preferred.


Hormone-Pellet Experience

Candidates must have direct experience with hormone-pellet therapy, including:

  • Determining patient candidacy
  • Selecting appropriate pellet dosing
  • Performing pellet insertions
  • Providing pre- and post-procedure education
  • Monitoring patients after insertion
  • Managing follow-up laboratory testing
  • Recognizing and addressing potential complications
  • Determining when additional treatment or referral is appropriate


A360 uses Evexias Health Solutions and EvexiPEL hormone-pellet therapy. Previous EvexiPEL experience and certification are highly preferred.

Candidates experienced with another pellet system must be willing to complete EvexiPEL training and follow A360’s established Evexias protocols.

Familiarity with Evexias supplements and the ability to appropriately incorporate supplements into individualized patient-care plans are also preferred.


Peptide Therapy Experience

Candidates must have experience and working knowledge of therapeutic peptides.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating patient candidacy
  • Reviewing indications and contraindications
  • Creating appropriate treatment plans
  • Prescribing and managing peptide therapies within current clinical and regulatory requirements
  • Educating patients about administration, expectations, risks, limitations, and follow-up
  • Monitoring patient response and adjusting treatment when appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring continuity of care

The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing peptides used for wellness, recovery, body composition, longevity, sexual wellness, and other appropriate treatment goals.


GLP-1 Medical Weight-Loss Experience

Candidates must have direct experience prescribing and managing medical weight-loss medications, including:

  • Semaglutide
  • Tirzepatide
  • Other appropriate GLP-1 or combination therapies used within A360’s weight-loss department


Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive weight-loss consultations
  • Reviewing medical history, medications, contraindications, and baseline labs
  • Determining patient eligibility
  • Selecting appropriate medications and starting doses
  • Managing titration and ongoing prescriptions
  • Monitoring weight, body-composition changes, symptoms, and laboratory results
  • Managing side effects
  • Addressing weight-loss plateaus
  • Educating patients regarding nutrition, hydration, protein intake, movement, and realistic expectations
  • Determining when medication should be paused, adjusted, or discontinued
  • Helping patients develop long-term weight-maintenance strategies


Prescription Management

This provider will be responsible for managing prescriptions used within A360’s hormone, peptide, and medical weight-loss departments.

This includes:

  • Reviewing refill requests
  • Confirming required appointments and laboratory testing are current
  • Prescribing medications within the provider’s scope and A360’s protocols
  • Adjusting or discontinuing medications when clinically appropriate
  • Monitoring treatment effectiveness and adverse effects
  • Completing accurate and timely documentation
  • Communicating clearly with patients, pharmacies, and the medical team
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable laws, clinical standards, and practice policies


Laboratory Interpretation

Candidates must be confident independently reviewing and interpreting laboratory results related to:

  • Male and female hormone optimization
  • Thyroid function
  • Metabolic health
  • Blood glucose and insulin
  • Lipid levels
  • Liver and kidney function
  • Complete blood counts
  • PSA monitoring
  • Iron and ferritin
  • Vitamin and nutrient levels
  • Medical weight-loss treatment

The provider must recognize when results require treatment changes, additional testing, referral, or medical clearance.
