Details of the Opening:

  • Anticipated start date: ASAP
  • Salary Range: $425/hr
  • Anticipated duration of this contract assignment: 24 weeks (Extensions usually offered)
  • Anticipated schedule: full time, either 5x8 or 4x10 days, weekends required

Daily Range of Responsibilities:

  • Support staff: radiation therapist, oncology RN, onsite med/surg oncologists, palliative support team
  • Department Description: clinic
  • Patient Volume: 5-10 per day
  • Patient Age Group: adult-geri
  • EMR/Documentation System: EPIC with Aria platform
  • Special Procedures/Unit Details: new patient consults, follow ups, OTV, lab review, toxicity assessment.
  • Case types include breast, prostate, CNS, head and neck, lung, GI/GU, skin, palliative/emergent, spinal cord compression, brain metastases, SVC syndrome. Procedures include CT simulation, CT planning, 3D conformal planning, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT

Requirements:

  • Provider type: MD/DO
  • Board Certifications Req d: BC in rad onc required
  • Fellowship Req d: Not required State License(s) Req d:
  • May consider IMLC Certifications Req d: BLS
  • Specific Skills Req d:
