Role Overview
  • Position: Nursing Adjunct / Clinical Instructor
  • Department: Department of Nursing
  • Reports To: Director of Nursing (Nancy Reese)
  • Location Context: Carthage College (Kenosha, WI)

Key Responsibilities
  • Instruction: Teach undergraduate students in skills labs, simulation labs, and clinical organizations.
  • Evaluation: Provide both formative (ongoing) and summative (final) student performance reviews.
  • Mentorship: Help students connect classroom theory to hands-on clinical practice.
  • Development: Guide students in building critical thinking and clinical judgment skills.
