Nursing Simulation Lab Coordinators are professionals responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of a nursing simulation laboratory. They design, implement, and evaluate realistic clinical scenarios to enhance nursing students’ hands-on skills and critical thinking. These coordinators maintain simulation equipment, train faculty and students in simulation best practices, and ensure that the lab runs efficiently and safely. They also collaborate with faculty to integrate simulation-based learning into the nursing curriculum.
