Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - The RN Supervisor is responsible to care for our patients while supervising the nursing activities for the assigned shift. Ensure the facility meets the minimum staffing levels for nurses and nurse aides; complete required posting of nursing staff data as required. Audit nursing documentation in the clinical record for appropriate and relevant entries. Verify resident census accuracy and report new admissions, discharges, leaves of absence and bed-holds per facility policies; document census as established for billing and clinical purposes. The ideal candidate will be a responsible professional who is able to give the best nursing care, in a compassionate and cool-tempered manner. Must have good customer service, able to communicate with nursing leadership and other departments to resolve concerns, and ability to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.
