We are currently partnering with a local home health agency to find the right candidate for the following position:
Home Health Nursing Supervisor (RN) - Atlanta, GA -FT
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Home Health Nursing Supervisor in our Atlanta, Georgia branch. The supervisor ensures quality assurance (QA) performance, clinical compliance, and effective team leadership.
HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE WANTED!
Responsibilities:
  • This position is in the office and in the field
  • Clinical supervision of the Home Health department
  • Staff management of nurses and home health aides
  • Coordination of patient care
  • Adherence to QA/QI standards
  • Maintains regulatory compliance with outside agencies including state licensure and CMS
  • Conducts in-home field visits with patients

Requirements:
• RN license (Georgia, unrestricted)
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing Active experience in home health
• Strong knowledge of PDGM, OASIS, and QA processes
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Homecare Homebase, WellSky, or similar)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
