What are some common challenges Registered Nurses (RNs) face when working in a hospital setting, and how can they be managed?

Registered Nurses in hospital environments often encounter challenges such as high patient-to-nurse ratios, fast-paced shifts, and frequent exposure to stressful or emotionally charged situations. Many hospitals also provide resources like mentorship programs and employee wellness initiatives to help RNs cope and thrive in their roles.

What kind of RN pays the most?

Registered nurses (RNs) specializing in critical care, such as ICU or emergency room nurses, tend to earn the highest salaries due to the high-stakes environment and specialized skills required.
