Commission RNs often have flexible schedules and may be assigned to different units as needed.

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), hospital information systems, and relevant nursing certifications like BLS or ACLS is typically required. Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills help RNs excel in patient advocacy and interdisciplinary collaboration. These competencies ensure high-quality patient care and safety in a dynamic healthcare environment like AdventHealth.

What are the most common challenges faced by a Commission Advent Health RN, and how can they be managed?
