Full-time, Day and Night Shifts Available
Who is Considered a New Graduate RN?
A New Graduate RN is defined as a Registered Nurse who has graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months and has not yet worked in a Registered Nurse role.
Base Rate: $32.82/hour
Job Description:
  • The Registered Nurse (RN) implements professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person and the creation of a caring environment focused on healing and wellness.
  • The Registered Nurse (RN) is an exemplary for compassion, acceptance, respect, and empathy honoring nursing as a distinct discipline and supporting an environment focused on healing and wellness.
  • As a clinical nurse, this individual spends majority of his/her time (> 50%) coordinating, ensuring and providing direct patient care activities on the unit through: provision of nursing rounds, assessments and treatments; facilitating admission, transfer and discharge activities; provision of patient and family-centered education; care coordination and individualized treatment planning as applicable, etc.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:
  • Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
  • Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
  • Applicants with an associate degree in nursing and less than 10 years of experience must enroll within 12 months of hire in a bachelor's degree program and must have achieved the degree within 5 years.
