About the Role

Palm Beach Nursing is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated clinical team. In this role, you will support nursing leadership while ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and excellence in nursing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing department operations in accordance with state and federal regulations

  • Ensure all nursing staff perform duties in alignment with their job descriptions and professional standards

  • Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by authorized regulatory agencies, as directed by the DON and ADON

  • Conduct daily rounds of the Nursing Services Department to monitor staff performance and promote best nursing practices

  • Review complaints and grievances from department personnel and ensure appropriate documentation and reporting to the Director of Nursing Services
