What are some common challenges Registered Nurses (RNs) face when working in a fast-paced hospital environment?

Registered Nurses in hospitals often encounter challenges such as managing high patient loads, adapting to rapidly changing patient conditions, and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Hospitals typically provide mentorship and teamwork to help RNs navigate these challenges effectively.

What jobs can I do with my RN?
