Position Highlights

  • Work location (not remote) : Texas Health Stephenville - 411 N. Belknap Street, Stephenville, TX 76104

  • Work environment: Risk Management, Administrative offices

  • Work hours: Full-time, Exempt position, Monday-Friday, mainly 8AM-5PM, with some evening meetings

    Skills:

  • Ability to analyze, interpret and manage information.
  • Interpersonal skills, communication with various professional and regulatory customers.
  • Must be self-directed, independent and goal oriented.
  • Knowledge about data collection and reporting required. (Will use MS Office, Excel, Sharepoint, EPIC, RLT's)
  • Knowledge of CMS standards, JCAHO standards, THR - RLT (reliability learning tools), and RCA (root cause analysis)
  • Utilize investigative skills - investigations, follow trends and process improvement

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Stephenville is a full-service, 97-bed hospital serving Erath and surrounding counties since 1926. The hospital offers surgical services, women's and infants' services, advanced diagnostic imaging, sleep lab and a wound care program. Texas Health Stephenville is a TDSHS Level IV Stroke Facility, a TDSHS Level I (Well Care) Neonatal Facility, and a TDSHS Level I (Basic Care) Maternal Facility.  The hospital was named a Baby-Friendly Hospital by the World Health Organization and received Pathway to Excellence designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
