Job description

Nurse Practitioner

24 hours per week; prefer Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for days, hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm OR 8:00am - 4:30pm but there could be flexibility on the hours; This position could become temp to perm for the right candidate. The location is not in Noblesville, as that site closed and we have built our new clinic in Kokomo, IN. The client is deciding if they want this to be full time moving forward or part time, so that could be a change as well.

LOCATION: Kokomo Wellness Center 2151 East Lincoln Road Kokomo, IN 46902

Provides assistance and support to physicians and other medical providers in assessing, planning, and providing patient care. Requires a current RN license and completion of a certified Practitioner program. This is a favorable employer in the area that has just built a brand new health center. This would be a desirable position to have.

Skills: - Primary care, point of care testing, lab draws, chronic disease management, biometric screenings, physicals. No dispensing license needed. Mainly adults, some children ages 16 and up. Prefers Nurse Practitioner.

Education: - Requires a current RN license and completion of a certified Practitioner program. Active BLS certification.
