  • Nurse Practitioner Educator

New Horizon Medical is seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Nurse Practitioner Educator to join our team in Foxboro, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and running our innovative Group Medical Visits, helping patients achieve their weight loss and wellness goals.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, multi-specialty team of Nurse Practitioners, Medical Doctors, Dietitians, and Fitness Specialists. You'll have the chance to directly impact patients' lives by guiding them on their health journey and celebrating their successes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate educational medical group visits for patients focused on obesity and weight loss.

  • Conduct screenings for new patients joining the program.
  • Perform follow-up and telemedicine visits to support patient progress.
  • Collaborate with a specialized team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications Required:
Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Massachusetts.
Desired:
Prior experience leading or participating in medical group visits.
Experience working in the field of obesity medicine or Lifestyle Medicine.
Compensation:
This is a part-time position of 26 - 30 hours per week, with an annual salary ranging from $81,120 to $84,000, depending on experience.
