Four Winds Hospital is the leading provider of specialized behavioral health inpatient and outpatient treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. We invite you to join our Four Winds Family.

We are seeking a nurse manager to lead the nursing staff on one of our inpatient cottages. Our nurse managers work closely with our clinical staff to provide a nurturing and safe environment for our psychiatric patients.

The job is in-person onsite at our Westchester Campus in Katonah, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.
  • Clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to unit nursing staff.

  • Active NYS RN license and 2 years nursing leadership or nursing experience required.

BSN preferred.

Experienced based annual salary scale starting at $106,400 with additional for formal certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.
