Job Summary
As a Nurse Practitioner Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for administering various FDA approved clinical injectable treatments. You will be responsible for consulting and educating patients on non-surgical treatments, as well as developing customized treatment plans.
You will be a point of contact for non-medical providers and concierge staff to turn to regarding treatment questions, general questions, follow-ups, concerns, patient guidance, and interdepartmental collaboration. Communicate with Inventory Specialists to ensure all rooms are stocked, equipped with necessary supplies, clean, and organized for treatments to run efficiently. Point of reference for patients who require de-escalation or follow-up for adverse situations/ reactions to find an agreeable resolution or defer to upper management. Availability to staff and open to discussion for any internal concerns or suggestions, fostering an environment of unity and positive morale, and acting as a liaison to management.
Duties & Responsibilities
โ€ข Full-time availability for consultations and services determined by the practice. Perform non-surgical injectable treatments, as offered by the practice. Perform ancillary laser and skin care services, depending on schedule availability.
โ€ข Perform medical clearances for non-surgical services offered by the practice.
โ€ข Advise patients on treatment recommendations that are individualized for the patients' needs and goals.
โ€ข Patient follow-up, including non-converted consultation emails and calls.
โ€ข Complete patient follow-up appointments to take photos and review results.
โ€ข Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner and keep clients as comfortable as possible before, during and after their treatment.
โ€ข Upload before and after images and file them in patient folders.
โ€ข Maintains detailed documentation and notes in EMR software.
โ€ข Manage internal stock of rooms. Order, check-in, and distribute supplies to treatment rooms. Communication with Inventory Specialists.
โ€ข Monitor treatment rooms and perform periodic room checks to ensure continuity and cleanliness.
โ€ข Support and participate in training of new staff members on company policies, services provided, and treatment practices and protocols as directed by the Director of Clinical Training.
โ€ข Educate patients on retail skin care products that would assist in their aesthetic journey.
โ€ข Respond to patient feedback. Follow appropriate channels of communication to address patient complaints, report patient or provider concerns, and assist in resolution of issues.
โ€ข Effective reporting, documentation, assessment, intervention, evaluation, and continued follow-up of Adverse Reactions.
โ€ข Assist with Marketing and promotions for the department including but not limited to:
o Support Marketing department by filming with influencers, take/participate in videos for marketing, obtaining before and after images for promotions, etc.
o Photograph staff and models as needed for website with consent.
โ€ข Provide continuing education to the team to encourage cross promotion of services and treatments.
โ€ข Cross promotion of services that would benefit the patient.
โ€ข Comprehensive knowledge of all service offerings.
โ€ข Maintains relationships with all current and previous clients. Builds strong client rapport.
โ€ข Coordinate basic equipment maintenance (including proper sanitation of equipment).
โ€ข Follows all company protocols, policies and procedures.
โ€ข Works collaboratively with team to ensure premier client experience.
โ€ข Perform staff and marketing treatments according to company policy.
โ€ข Participate in continuing education for products and services including attending any mandated training sessions whether in-person or virtual.
โ€ข Other duties as assigned.
