- Possess a current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetic nursing
- Demonstrate a strong foundation in performing core medical aesthetic services, including injectables (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm fillers, Restylane fillers, Sculptra)
- Exhibit an eagerness to learn and offer new and innovative services to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical aesthetics through ongoing education and professional development.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate client records
- Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

- Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
- Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
- Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly individual service goals.
