Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Full-Time | Gallatin, TN

Matriarch is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide essential, hands-on care and support to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Service Locations: 

  • Gallatin, TN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
  • Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Document care provided in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
  • Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)
  • At least one year of experience working with elderly strongly preferred.
