  • Forecast the Future: Build and refine near- and long-term forecasts that guide strategic decisions across the business.

  • Own the Budget Cycle: Lead budgeting efforts, set targets, and ensure business unit inputs align with financial goals.

  • Elevate Planning Tools: Drive adoption of advanced data tools and processes to improve accuracy and agility.

  • Deliver Insightful Analytics: Provide deep-dive analysis on pricing, volume, expenses, and customer profitability to help leaders make smarter decisions.

  • Spot Trends & Opportunities: Identify key performance indicators and uncover data-driven trends that spark meaningful business conversations.

  • Influence Strategy: Collaborate across global teams to standardize reporting, strengthen internal controls, and improve decision-making speed.

  • Streamline Processes: Simplify and accelerate forecasting and budgeting cycles while advising teams on the best data sources for analysis.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, ideally in a mid-to-large public company.

  • Mastery of financial modeling, with a strong grasp of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.

  • A sharp analytical mind that transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • A methodical, organized approach to managing competing priorities under pressure.

  • A collaborative spirit and customer-focused mindset.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Hyperion Financial Management and Planning is a plus.
