We're adding passionate, licensed mental health therapists (LPC, LAPC, LCSW, LSW in PA) to our growing outpatient team! C-NTA therapists are part of a private practice as 1099 contractors. We're specifically looking for in-person therapists for our Johnstown and Somerset offices but are also open to hybrid and remote. Here, you'll be part of a company that celebrates gratitude, teamwork, and integrity all while helping clients become the best version of themselves.
What You'll Do
  • Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy in-person (Johnstown or Somerset), via telehealth, or hybrid sessions.
  • Complete thorough assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Support clients through their trauma, provide crisis intervention, and support their community engagement while empowering all clients to live healthier, happier, more balanced lives.

What You'll Bring
  • A passion for supporting clients ages 14+
  • PA license: LSW, LCSW, LPC, LAPC in good standing
  • Passion for helping others and commitment to ethical, person-centered care
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Required clearances and reliable transportation between Johnstown & Somerset if working onsite
  • Availability for a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week
