Enterprise NPI Pricing Lead

Description -

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Office Print Competitive Pricing Analyst to join the WW GBU Office Print organization. In this global role, you will deliver competitive pricing intelligence, market insights, and benchmark analysis that inform key business decisions and help strengthen HP's market position.

You will monitor competitive pricing trends, maintain pricing benchmarks, support New Product Introduction (NPI) pricing decisions, and generate actionable insights across Office Print hardware, supplies, accessories, and solutions. Partnering closely with Finance, Product Management, Category teams and regional market leaders, you will help align pricing strategies with business objectives, market dynamics, and profitability goals.

This role requires strong analytical skills, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to turn market data into clear recommendations that drive growth, competitiveness, and margin performance.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Lead competitive pricing analysis and benchmarking across the Office Print portfolio.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Support NPI pricing decisions with competitive intelligence and market insights.

  • Partner with Product Management, Finance, CO, and regional teams to deliver data-driven pricing recommendations.

  • Manage pricing escalations and ad hoc analysis to support critical business decisions.

  • Build and maintain pricing intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Improve pricing processes and benchmarking methodologies through continuous optimization.

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

  • Experience analyzing competitive pricing, market trends, and business performance metrics.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is a plus.

Key Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, competitive intelligence, business analytics, market analysis, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of Office Print, business printing, or contractual printing markets is highly desirable.

  • Experience building pricing benchmarks, competitive intelligence frameworks, or business analytics solutions is a strong advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
