Job description

LHH is partnering with a growing financial services organization in Portland that is seeking a strategic Product Manager to own a portfolio of customer-facing financial products and digital experiences. This individual will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, evaluating market trends, developing business cases, and driving initiatives from concept through execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with financial acumen, using data and customer insights to influence product direction, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a hybrid onsite role in Portland.
What You'll Do
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of a portfolio of consumer financial products.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, adoption, and profitability.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support new initiatives and product enhancements.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform product strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, analytics, marketing, finance, and compliance.
  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance against established goals.
  • Present recommendations and strategic priorities to senior leadership.
  • Lead initiatives from concept through launch while balancing customer needs, business objectives, and risk considerations.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts based on data, performance metrics, and customer behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of product management experience within the financial industry
  • Demonstrated experience leading a product, enhancement, feature, or strategic initiative from concept through implementation and post-launch performance measurement.
  • Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including how funds move across networks and how payment products drive customer value, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Experience measuring product success through KPIs, customer adoption metrics, revenue performance, and operational outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
